Oxwich Point to Port Eynon Point

Beyond Oxwich Point the coast briefly returns to the wild. The walking is easy behind the rocky Lucas Bay, which leads to the seemingly unknown sandy beach at Slade Bay. Tourism returns at Horton, which boasts the only sea front hotels in Gower (apart from Mumbles). Although Port Eynon is a smaller beach than Oxwich, it's still a decent size and a very popular location, backed by extensive caravan sites. Just west of Port Eynon is the historic site of the Salt House.
