Clwydian Range
In the far northwest of Wales lies a range of hills often
overlooked by hillwalkers heading toward Snowdonia. In spite of
their small stature, they reach over 500m and form a long chain
of interestingly shaped hills, often occupied by hill forts due
to their prominent positions overlooking the landscape. These
make excellent walking country, particularly for those who want
something a little less challenging than the bigger hills
further west.
