Any additional information such as email address, date of birth, place of birth, home, occupation, marital status, walking areas, interests, website, details about the photo and any other comments are welcome. If you don't currently have a photo available, you can send your details anyway. Your photo can easily be added at a later date.

Ideally the picture should be no more than 750 pixels wide or high and saved in jpeg format, preferably no bigger than 100kb, although the occasional exception is okay. I'd recommend using a shareware program called JPEG Optimizer available from http://www.xat.com. Save your jpeg at high quality, load it into JPEG Optimizer and save again at a quality setting of about 70, but don't use MagiCompress.
