Born: 1960. Yes, ok, I've just reached the big 40!!

Home: Middlesbrough North-East England.

Occupation: Pest Control Officer, and no I don't have anything to get rid of your wife/husband or any other "two-legged pest" :o))

Walking Areas: I have easy access to the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales etc., but my favourite walking area is the Lake District.

Comments: I'm a big fan of Alfred Wainwright!. I prefer fellwalking to low level walking although I do both because my wife and two daughters don't like climbing the higher fells! The highest peak I've managed to scale so far is Snowdon, with my wife and daughters, and no we didn't take the train either way! My future plans as far as walking goes, are to complete the Wainwright Coast to Coast walk, and possibly the Coast to Coast cycle ride which my wife and daughters wish to try, attempt other long distance walks such as the West Highland Way, and climb some Scottish mountains. Oh, and also complete all the Wainwrights.
